Who knew this hot spot existed in South Dakota? And only 20 miles from our doorstep in Custer State Park. We went on a whim and didn't bring hiking shoes or swimming gear, but enjoyed sitting, watching people (there was even a bride and her bridesmaids) and just took it all in. We did the short hike around the lake and then B wanted to dive into the water, so of course we let him. We are definitely going to make the most of that SD National Park pass this summer.
